Christian Audigier created the newest Ed Hardy Collection for Spring 2009 and appropriately called it STREET FAME. He wowed the crowd and incoporated Dance in his pre-fashion show bit! With bold color choices and bright lights, Christian made a very flashy statement or should I ask if he took a page from an upcoming film remake? 
Incorporating dancers into a Fashion Show is always cause for excitement and Mr. Audigier enhances a wave of anticipation that already swirls around the Los Angeles Dance Community. The remake of FAME is in pre-production and had auditions recently at L.A. Dance Studios. Directed by Kevin Tancharoen, the cast will include Thomas Dekker from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and possibly a rumored Debbie Allen, wishful thinking!
If ever there were a right time, this would be it for Fashion and Dance to collide. With a checkerboard runway, hip-hop groove and a wave of color, Christian’s call to “get down” was heard loud and clear!
